Hi everyone!

I am advertising a really large, lovely attic double room with loads of storage space for £490 per month. Can come with or without the almost-brand-new furniture pictured (depends on your preference)! The flat is in Teddington, which is a gorgeous, quiet, super safe area with a wonderful high street.

All amenities you could want are right at your doorstep (Tesco, Boots, Chemist, GP, cafes, pubs...) and there are easy and quick bus & train services to Kingston & Twickenham, as well as regular fast trains that can get to London Waterloo in less than 40 mins. There is also Bushy Park a short walk away, which is a beautiful nature reserve with lots of deer!

The current tenants are two girls (Ali & Saoirse), mid-20s from Ireland, both working nearby as primary school teachers. They're out of the house from 7am to between 5-7pm Monday-Friday, so if you WFH you have the place to yourself most of the time!

The girls really nice, super chilled out & into hanging out, getting a take-away and watching Netflix or re-runs of Friends together in the evenings, but also happy to leave you to do your own thing :-)

Bills are not included, and typically come to less than £150, including Sky broadband, so still a really great deal for the location and transport links! (I'll double check the Council Tax band & update soon)
