Our 3 storey home has 4 bedrooms and one toilet with shower/bathroom on EACH floor. We rent out one kingsize room on the ground floor and one single room on the first floor.

Shared kitchen & dining room. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are equipped.
You will be with live in landlord, my son and me, so living room is not included, will be a private area. However, the house has a TV licence for the BBC and broadband, so you can watch TV using your computer or phone.
We are just 15 mins away from Surbiton and 30 mins to Kingston by bus; 10 mins walk from Tolworth Station to get to Waterloo in 30 mins. Supermarkets and shops are less than 10 mins walk from the house.
All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, wifi) are included in the rate. Deposit is required.
