Twickenham - Bright, compact and sunny single room

I need an extra flatmate for a compact single bedroom in a nice and cosy little flat in quiet cul-de-sac here in Twickenham.

This area has good travel links including direct buses from outside the flat to Hammersmith (bus 267), Richmond, Hounslow (bus H22, 490) and Heathrow airport. Strawberry Hill station is 10 mins walk away and Twickenham station is 2 stops away from Clapham Junction and 3 stops from Waterloo station.

My preference would be for a clean and tidy non-partying person, over 28, who loves peace and quiet.

The room has a standard single bed and wardrobe. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher available as standard.

Rent is £550/month.

Included in the rent is:
1) broadband
2) council tax
3) water rates, and
4) gas + electricity

For the gas+electricity bill, the usual averaged monthly charge is £200 maximum, is included in the rent.

There is no TV or licence included. If you need one, you would have to get one.

A deposit is required.

All flatmates will take responsibility for and join hands in cleaning up common areas in the flat, as part of the agreement.

The flat would not suit a partying, or excessively noisy type person please.

It is a NO PETS building, so pets are not allowed unfortunately.

Viewing can be arranged mostly evenings or all day weekends.
