A double room on the lower ground floor of a four floor Georgian house with its own ensuite shower room and some minimum kitchen appliances-fridge, microwave, mini hob. Can use family washing machine by agreement. Private entrance. CH. All utility bills and Council Tax included in monthly rental charge of £800. Two decent references required including your current/former landlord if applicable.

Lovely area with great transport links. Bus stop into Twickenham/Richmond one minute. Strawberry Hill BR seven minute walk. Also Twickenham BR and Fulwell BR easily accessible. 12 minute bus drive into Richmond and tube.

We, Philip and Suzie are retired, live in main part of the house with currently a couple of grown up children who will probably be leaving in next few months.

This would not suit someone who wants to bring back lots of friends all the time and likes lots of noise! It's a peaceful and very friendly and open set up with a very good track record in terms of relationships with current and former people who have lived in the room. You would be welcome to question the lovely 23 year old Australian girl who currently lives with us.
