Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and separate bath as well.
Downstairs under the stairs there is a toilet with a small washbasin.

This room is ideal for one person. Couples could be considered but the price will need to be adjusted, contact me regarding this if you need more information.

Parking is free in the street..

Smoking or vaping is not a problem but has to be done in the garden outside the house, in the house (or in front of the house) is not allowed. (no use of drugs allowed, unfortunately have to write this as well separately and clearly)
