En suite annex room in family home

En suite annex room in the home I live in with my son. The room comes with its own section of hallway (ideal for storage) and kitchenette with kettle / sink / microwave / air fryer. You are also welcome to use the main kitchen and shared living spaces. The room has a large desk and comfortable chair and we have fast wifi so it’s ideal for working. It’s a really nice bright and airy room, it does have blackout curtains too!

Since the photos were taken I have replaced the sofa bed with a full double bed. There is also a hanging space, chest of drawers, shelving unit, bedside table, and desk.

We found wonderful lodgers (a couple) from this website who have lived with us for the past 2 years and became great friends. We’d probably best suit another couple, or a single person just here in the week for work.

We have a pet cat (low shedding breed as we have allergies).
