🌿 Quiet, Comfortable Room in Friendly Home in TW7 close to the Allianz stadium - Great Transport Links to Richmond & Central London
We’re looking for a quiet, tidy, and respectful professional to join our warm and easy going household. This is a home that values personal space, calm routines, and mutual consideration, with the option to socialise occasionally if it feels natural.
📍 Location & Transport
Conveniently located near Richmond with excellent connections:
• Richmond - ~20 min by bus
• Twickenham High Street & Station - ~14 min walk / ~5 min bus
• St Margaret’s High Street - ~17 min walk / ~8 min bus
Amenities are extremely close by, including Tesco Extra, ASDA, Sports Direct, PureGym, M&S, Holland and Barrett and many more takeout spots and pubs (for those who enjoy them).
King street with very nice spots and the river bank is also within walking distance with a lot of green spaces
🏠 The Home
The house is peaceful, well kept, and feels genuinely cozy and homely rather than crowded. It’s a place where people are comfortable doing their own thing and respect each other’s routines.
Current household (mixed ages):
• Construction worker
• Part time coffee shop assistant/retired lady
• Freelance investment broker
• Graduating aerospace engineer (teaching at university and part time bartender in Mayfair)
Everyone is kind, respectful, and considerate, with a shared understanding of and quiet time. We also like to socialise have our spots of pubs and places we go to and we get together to celebrate birthdays and new jobs and what not so we’re a chilled bunch
🛏️ The Room & Costs
• £175/week, paid fortnightly
• All bills included (no surprise costs)
• Free parking permit available if you drive
✅ House Preferences
• Looking for a professional who is clean, calm, and mindful of shared spaces
• Comfortable with a mostly quiet home life, but open to the occasional friendly interaction
• Smoking is okay but restricted
• No pets, please
