- Nice neighbours
- A good number of pubs of all types in walking distance
- Crime rate in the area is below average

About me:
- I'm 37 years old with my own internet company
- Most of the time I live with my wife and my 2 year old daughter in Germany
- I come to London for around 10 days every month to visit my clients
- During this time I will stay in one of the bed rooms
- I like running and the areas offers a lot of possible tracks

It's a beautiful little flat and I'm looking for somebody who appreciates it and will make sure it stays as it is.
