Living room is open plan and shared, fitted with large smart tv and corner sofa.
Kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Drying rack also available in the garden. Happy to share small electric items like blenders, coffee machine, etc.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and separate bath as well.
Downstairs under the stairs there is a toilet with a small washbasin.

Couples will be considered but the price will need to be adjusted, contact me regarding this if you need more information. The price for couples is in the region of £1250 with all bills included (with fair usage limits).
Parking is free in the street, and there is BBQ in the back garden.

Smoking is not a problem but has to be done in the garden, in the house is not allowed.
