C2C - 5 minute walk to the station, and you're in central London in 25 minutes. You can even take it directly to the seaside.

District Line - only 6 minutes in foot.

Busses 248 & 370 - the stop is literally a minute from the flat, and takes you to Romford in 15 minutes or to Lakeside.

The area is safe, quiet and very clean with friendly and peaceful neighbours. I'm looking for a girl who appreciates a calm, friendly atmosphere - this isn't a party house, just a really friendly home shared between two people. This is a strictly vegetarian household.
