The apartment is newly renovated on the high street so very central and well connected to public transport. There are groceries and multiple food options
The space itself has a bathtub, laundry, well equipped kitchen, dining table, television and lounge sofa.

The room is spacious with a closet and can be equipped with a bed or not as the option can be discussed. I need good energy and vibes in the house and following of rules as set by the people living inside the apartment collaboratively
