Cozy double bedroom in the heart of Uxbridge

Hey! We're renting out a room in our lovely flat right in the heart of Uxbridge.

The location honestly couldn't be better, just a few minutes' walk to loads of great restaurants and shops, and around 8 minutes to Uxbridge Tube station. We've got both shopping centres nearby (The Chimes and The Pavilion), plus Lidl, Wagamama, Nando's, Wingstop, and loads of others all within easy walking distance.

About the flat: there are currently two of us living here - I'm 27, female, and work full-time; and my flatmate is 33, male, and also a professional. We're both easy-going, respectful, and like to keep things clean and calm at home.

There's also one very sweet cat who lives here, he's 6, very chilled, and strictly indoors. I'm open to someone who has a friendly pet (like another cat), as long as they get along.

We're looking for someone who's kind, tidy, and appreciates a relaxed home environment. It's not a party flat, more of a peaceful place to come back to after work, maybe share a chat or a cup of tea now and then.
