2 spare bedrooms + own new bathroom & kitchen

I am a friendly live in landlord, my bedroom, bathroom & kitchen is downstairs with private access. Upstairs (for rent) are 2 furnished double rooms (with TV co axial points) and extensive fitted storage cupboards. There is a bathroom (with shower, bath tub, washing machine & tumble dryer) for your use. There is also a newly fitted kitchen shared between the two rooms. The house is clean and finished to a high spec. I speak Gujarati mainly with a little bit of English. I love Indian cooking, I like to walk, knit and to learn new things to do. I am looking for quiet and clean individuals, a couple or a small family to rent my spare space.
