The first room pictured with the striped duvet is the room available - this is the bigger room in the flat. I can personally share videos and arrange for a viewing.

My friend is moving away but I plan to stay at this flat. It is fully furnished, has modern facilities: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully furnished lounge and kitchen, balcony, rooftop terrace and underground parking spot available. 4k TV in the lounge and 4k TV in the bedroom. Discounted gym memberships available for the gym at the bottom of the building.

You have access to 4 tfl services and 2 separate train services, all walking distance, hence why I really appreciate this location.

I am a working accountant age 24, and I am advertising this to a male who is looking to share this flat with me for at least 1 year - starting from June 15th. I don't drink, have parties or anything like that.

I am advertising one of the rooms for £950 per month which is much lower than anything you will find in a modern area like this. WiFi is included with the property, general bills are about 70 each p/m and then council tax is 110 p/m because it's a nice area. This price is less than market value because I have a really good relationship with the landlord who always looks after us - which is another reason why I haven't needed to move away.
