I am looking for a replacement tenant for my private Bronze Studio at Canvas Wembley.

⚠️ Important conditions:

- You must be a student (UK or international)
- 18 years and older
- The rent is paid directly to Canvas Wembley, not to me
- You will sign your own tenancy agreement with Canvas
- The replacement must be approved by Canvas Wembley management
