My lovely bestie is off to live her best life traveling, so I'm looking to fill her room in our modern part-furnished flat in Wembley

About the Flat:

The room: Double bed with a large wardrobe and sole use of the main bathroom (bed is included with the room but other furniture is not)

The flat: Open plan kitchen and living room with a with a balcony overlooking residential green space

Building Perks: Have access to a rooftop terrace (amazing in the summer), a free gym, and an alpine-style lodge

Location: Just a 10-minute walk to Wembley Park tube station and Wembley Stadium train station. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby

Rent:

£1,100 per month, including WiFi. (Bills usually around £200/month)

About Me:

I’m 28 and enjoy a mix of hanging out watching a good series and having my own space. I’m a massive foodie, love a pub trip or a glass of wine, and I’m currently training for a 10k run
