I’m sadly leaving this top floor studio after a year of living as I’m moving in with my partner. The landlord here is so kind and attentive. Not only helping out around the house but also assisting when my car has broken down ect as he lives in flat 1 with his family. 🌸

The studio is huge and effectively a one bed as the bedroom area is very far from the kitchen and bathroom. With additional storage also. 🏡

Furniture:
The furniture is all mine but I’d be happy to definitely leave the bed frame and can discuss further leaving other furniture as there is now more added than the photos.🍊

📍Location Wembley - Wembley Hill Road. 10 min walk to Wembley Park and Wembley Central. Jubilee/Met and Overground.

Bus stop close to the flat.🚌

Rent:
£1350 per month.
All bills paid separately.

My favourite feature: On big event days you can see fireworks out the window 🎆🎇
Parking in the area is £15 for three years! 🚗
