Student accommodation - Grand Felda House

As I have decided to leave university I no longer need my room at Grand Felda House. I am looking for a full-time student who is able to take over my contract and my room as soon as possible.

The room has a small double storage bed, with a private en-suite. It is located on the 1st floor of the building and has a shared kitchen/dining area with four other flatmates. The flat provides an induction hob, oven, a hoover, an iron, an ironing board, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster and plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space.

The rent is £199 per week inclusive of all bills (electric, water etc) and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. The room is available immediately and as I am leaving mid-way through a semester, the amount of rent for this semester will vary on when you will be moving in. There is a £250 deposit and a £50 admin fee that you will need to pay.

Grand Felda House is perfectly equipped to satisfy all of your student requirements, whether that is studying or socialising. Each room comes fully furnished, and all students receive a FREE gym and swim membership with the Wembley Better Gym which is located on the ground floor. Grand Felda House is in a prime location and Wembley Park underground station is just a 5 minute walk away, with quick and easy connections to central London.

There are great communal facilities and on-site maintenance, CCTV, 24 hour security and management. This student accommodation is close to the action - with the iconic Wembley Stadium ad SSE Arena and London Designer Outlet just minutes away.
