Wembley Student Accommodation for the Summer

Hi everyone ! I'm looking for someone to take over my student accommodation contract rent from June 25 to September 8. (Minimum 6-8 weeks from rent)

📍Grand felda house(HA9 0EF), student accommodation in wembley, Studio , £220per week. （I'll give you a discount if you can cover whole lease ）

Wembley Station is a five-minute walk away, with Metropolitan and Jubilee lines

📌Note that we sublet the apartment according to the official contract, so you must be a current student！！

🛒Nearby supermarkets are Lidl, Sainsbury's, Argos, Tesco, Asda
🛋️IKEA and the big Tesco are 12 minutes away by bus

It's a very modern area with lots of grocery shops around. The accommodation has a private gym, communal garden, working spaces and a cinema room. Let me know if you're interested.

The apartment often holds events and festivals, and the reception can take delivery. Living here is very happy and convenient.

There's a bus just outside the flat, close to Wembley station, The subway provides direct access to those schools:
UCL（27min commute)
CSM/LCF(35min commute)
And studio can also reach KCL/LSE
