This is a large, independent studio From Wembley Ark, similar to a serviced apartment, ready for move-in. It is equipped with a double bed, an independent kitchen (including an induction cooker, refrigerator, and microwave), a spacious private bathroom, a small sofa, and more. The room includes wireless WiFi and cleaning services. The room is also equipped with facilities for disabled individuals. Most importantly, the room has air conditioning!

In addition, Wembley ARK offers a variety of amenities such as a gym, communal kitchen, parking lot, meeting rooms, screening room, communal work areas, parcel lockers, and a rooftop activity area, among others. The staff services are excellent. All of these are included in the rent!

Since I am subletting from the landlord, you will need to provide your personal information to Wembley ARK when you are ready to move in, and you can easily check in on the move-in day.

Rental Period: 31st May or 1st June to 31st August (The move-in date is flexible, but please ensure your stay lasts until the contract end date on 31st August)
