**Short-Term Let: from 1 Week to 1 Month Only** Ground floor, Riverside, 6-min walk to the station. A quiet, bright & cosy home. Simply sunbathing or reading a book by the riverside right outside the door.

I have two rooms and have decided to rent out my spare double room. I work full-time outside 7am-9pm and often gym & eating out. There is a corridor between the rooms so we won't disturb each other:)

✅Fully Equipped Kitchen. You are welcome to make the most of it because I don't cook much.
✅Front and rear gardens are available to use.
✅Either single professionals, postgraduate students, or couples are welcome.
