To share with landlord (46 years old): Large flat in a high street, with small kitchen and bathroom and minimal outside space. Small office room available for WFH, plus shared lounge and double bedroom.

Extremely convenient for commuting and for shopping. 3 mins walk to Whitton train station (zone 5, 30 mins to Waterloo).
I’m a live-in and WFH landlord and would like this to be a shared home for someone who’s not too much of a party animal. I work in my home "office", which leaves a smaller box room available for your office or the lounge if you need to WFH.

The kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are quite small and there’s no en-suite. It's a very light and well presented flat for someone who wants to feel like it's a home for them.

I’m a “young” 46 year old. I'm very considerate and I tend to work long hours in the week as a tv film editor (mostly from home currently).
