Cosy single room (best suited to someone who travels light)
Small bed and limited storage space
Shared kitchen and bathroom with 2–3 others
Cleaner attends periodically
Calm, respectful household

A professional who is mostly out during the day

Not suitable for working from home or heavy cooking
