Hi! My name is Emma and I'm putting this ad up on behalf of my landlord! My previous flatmate has recently moved out and I'm looking for a young professional female to take this large double bedroom in Whitton, TW2.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, and is built into the upstairs of the Landlord's house. Him and his wife are incredibly friendly and are always happy to help if you ever have any queries!

About me:

- I'm 25 y/o
- I'm a working professional in Live TV and work shifts (which quite often are unsociable hours)
- Have lots of hobbies and interests including reading, walking, going to gigs and festivals and travelling and Formula 1 (a Ferrari and Williams fan here).
- I enjoy cooking

I'm looking for a female flatmate of a similar age to me who's willing to socialise - it'd be lovely to be able to make a new friend!

Other preferences:

- Someone in a similar age range to myself
- Someone who is clean and would keep the flat clean too (this is a must)
- Someone who is considerate of my job and that I work shifts (lots of super early starts/very late finishes).
- If you have any similar hobbies/interests then that'd be an amazing bonus!

This would not be suitable for someone who works from home a lot/has a remote job as the flat is small and it wouldn’t allow for enough personal space.

Rent is £800 pcm (all bills included)

This spacious room comes furnished with:

- A King Sized bed
- Built-in mirrored wardrobes (there's a lot of storage)
- 1 x Large chest of drawers
- 1 x bedside table
- 1 x Television

There's a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room too (pics above! (the bathroom and living room will soon be painted so will update pics as soon as that's done). There's also shared storage in the landing.

If you drive, there is free parking around the property (no permits required) and there's always space!

3/4 min walk --> 111 bus
7/8 min walk --> 110 bus
5/10 min bus / 20 min walk --> Whitton Train Station/High Street
10/15 min bus --> Hounslow East Tube Station (Piccadilly line)

15 min drive --> Isleworth/Brentford
20/25 min drive --> Kingston

Pets:
Animals e. g. cats and dogs would not be allowed in the flat. My previous flatmate had guinea pigs however, so my landlord has stated that smaller animals in a cage MAY be considered, but it’s not guaranteed!
