I'm a creative who works from home, and I'm looking for one person to share this genuinely lovely space with me. I recently lost my beloved dog and while my heart is still healing, this is very much a dog-loving home — I look after dogs from time to time, so a fellow dog lover is a must. If that's you, you'll feel right at home here.

The house is art deco with real character — good bones, lots of charm, and a beautiful garden. I've lived here for three years and I love it. The double room is bright and generously sized, and it's a home with plenty of space for two people to live comfortably and well (myself and one other).

We're on a quiet road that backs directly onto the forest, perfect if you love nature and outdoor walks. For commuters, it's around 15–20 minutes on foot to both Woodford Station and Highams Park Station. South Woodford is also within walking distance, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need day-to-day.
