Two rooms both double room

Hi im a nurse who has 1 Large double room, however, has small double bed in it. Fully furnished room in a clean, well presented house. The other is a double room but has only got a single bed in it. The house is in a good location 6/7 minutes walk to train station and is only 25 minutes on train to Waterloo station. Few minutes walk to local busses and amenities as house is on a quite street just off the high street.
Off street parking available with a Large rear Garden.
Looking ideally for a female in the room with single bed and open anyone else for other room.
