Hi there, I'm looking for a renter to take over the ensuite room in my flat. The room is spacious and pre-furnished with its own en-suite. With a great location, there's a train station a 5-minute walk, with trains to London Waterloo every 30 minutes. A safe, quiet, and welcoming area with all the shops and markets below the flat on the high street. The flat comes with internet already installed and a fully furnished kitchen. Bills are not included, but they max out at around £100-£120 a month, if not less. The price is negotiable and the other room is also open to rent if the price for this is too high.
