Montgomery house is an accommodation block right next to Alexandra park (some pictures of the park in the description). It is roughly 10 min by bike from the city centre, 10 min walk from the nearest Asda superstore, and 15 min away by bike from the main University of Manchester campus or 10 min walk from the Metropolitan university campus. If walking or biking is not an option, there are plenty of bus stops in Princess road which is very close (a minute away by foot). The amount per week includes all bills such as broadband, TV license, water, Council tax, etc.

There is parking for both cars and bikes and the property is also equipped with a shared gym, spacious common rooms and a very big garden.
