Located an 5-minute walk from the Navigation Road tram stop and a 10-minute walk from Altrincham town centre. Close to easy transport links to Manchester Airport. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the Altrincham Retail Park, which offers a variety of stores including Aldi, Lidl, Asda, TKMaxx, B&M, Range, McDonalds, KFC and The Gym.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed and memory foam mattress, double wardrobes, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside tables and a study table. The shared kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with integrated appliances. You will be sharing a spacious bathroom with shower over bath with another female housemate.

All bills included except for TV Licence.
