I am looking for someone to replace my friend’s room in our lovely 2-bed flat as she is moving in with her boyfriend. Room has an en suite and is unfurnished, and is in central Altrincham (right next to train station/tram stop if you are commuting into Manchester etc). Move in would be May/June time.
Note I am in mid 20s and work full time, enjoy going for coffee, running, cycling and eating out. I am looking for another female professional on a similar level to me, I enjoy a wine now and then but don't go on night's out very often! The rent is around £565 pcm and including bills is around £750 (some months vary). Council tax band C.
