A lovely and bright double room available in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Timperley. It is located within the Romana Square complex, which comes with a concierge service and it's own mini-gym and sauna.
The room has its bathroom although it’s not an en-suite. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. The flat is fully furnished and was refurbished couple years ago.
Current roommate is a professional. And she's very nice and easygoing. I am looking for a professional housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy, and respectful of the flat. It is very much not a party flat but a welcoming homely home.
The tram stop and local shops are less than a five minute walk away.
There is an allocated parking space available, off street car park. Council tax band is D.
All bills (fair use) are included in the rent except electricity. For electricity bill, £25 per month per room is included in the rent. Any payment on top of that will be shared between tenants. For example, if the electricity bill is £80 for that month, £50 (£25*2) will be covered by landlord, the rest £30 will be shared equally by tenants.
Lastly, £663 deposit will be required.
Please note this room is only for ONE person. Female is preferred since another roommate is female.
