Modern apartment - double room - en suite - gym

A room has become available in a two bedroom apartment in Cotton Field Wharf, located on the marina between Ancoats and New islington, an up and coming area. The building opened to tenants in Autumn 2017 and we are the first to live in this flat. It is a 5 minute walk from the city centre (Piccadilly) with very convenient links to modes of transport including the tram stop at New Islington, a 2 minute walk away.

As the pictures show, there is a communal furnished (by us) living room and kitchen. There are two identically structured bedrooms, the one on offer is pictured, however the room will be unfurnished as the current housemate will be taking the furniture with her. Each bedroom has an en suite and a walk in wardrobe area between the bedroom and en suite.

The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and a washer dryer included.

The building itself boasts a 24 hour concierge service, a free gym with optional classes, two communal garden terrace areas, a social room with a TV which often has events and car parking is available at an extra monthly cost which is arranged with the concierge team.

The 12 month contract is due to renew on Friday 22nd March but there are options to move in before this if desired. I have proposed the 16th March - my current housemate has agreed to move out at this time if required, however rent would only be charged from the 22nd.

I'm a young professional working full time hours but I enjoy relaxing in the evening and at weekends and am looking for somebody like minded that I can get along with as well as live with.

Manchester Life require referencing prior to moving in which costs approximately £20 but luckily there are no administrative fees at all other than this.
