A working professional who is easy going, doesn’t mind a drink or two, not a hermit and someone that respects others. Clean and tidy. Sociable.

Current housemate:

Im British and a PE Teacher, 25. I’m pretty easy going, clean and tidy, and spend a fair amount of time seeing mates on my weekends, hiking, and keep busy with fitness and work during the week.

There are secured and gated car parking spaces available to rent so just ask for more details if interested - cost about £50-100 depending on the deal you get at the time with whoever is leasing it.

The room is available from the 3rd January onwards.

The reason I am looking for a housemate is because my current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend.
