The flat is a gorgeous build and we were the first tenants here 9 months ago. It comes unfurnished but since living here I've furnished it to a certain extent, you'd just have to buy/bring a bed and whatever room decorations you need!
each room has it's own ensuite and the layout is really open plan and nice. No balcony but a really big communal garden, gym is included and also there's a big communal space with TVs and games and I tend to go use it as an office sometimes.
It's right in the middle of the new neighbourhood in Ancoates, next to the general store and a few restaurants- including Rudys and Sugo pasta kitchen for any fellow carb lovers!
Gym is included but there's also a massive Pure Gym 3 minutes away and a big Aldi too. Co-Op shop is currently being built just round the corner too. Market street is a 10 minute walk.
I'm a graphic designer and work mon-fri but also do Freelance work of an evening and weekend, so I tend to keep myself to myself a lot of the time, but definitely enjoy chilling with a glass of vino and watching films together occasionally!
Im pretty chilled and just like to be around people I can have a laugh with and who shares a mutual respect.
