In our very spacious three beds apartment one double bedroom is available to rent from 1st June 2020.
About Us:
One room is occupied by a researcher/ full time professional in the University of Manchester. Another room is occupied by a full time professional in an MNC.
Apartment floors are of wooden. It’s has a balcony over-looking the canal and a terrace.
Building is 1 minute away from the tram station and Manchester City Centre is 10 minutes walk away.
Apartment is in a secure gated building and has a 24/7 concierge service.
M&S, Aldi, Pure gym and some other shops are just 15 minutes walk away.
The room available is a medium double bed, has a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
Monthly bills will range from 100-125 pounds (depending on the consumption of water and electricity).
We are looking for someone who is essentially tidy and clean. We like to keep our home in tip-top condition. And we are also very protective of each other’s privacy.
Owner moves out because of relocation due to work.
Car parking can be available from 85 per month if required.
