En Suite Room In Nq/ Ancoats Flat

We are looking for a third flatmate to join our flat. We live on the Ancoats /NQ border and the room is a large double with en-suite and has big built in wardrobes, a desk and Juliette balcony. The flat is a 10 minute walk to both Victoria and Piccadilly!

We have a washer dryer, large south facing terrace and big bright living space. We work 9-5s so cook/ gym/ watch tv/ eat out in the evenings but like to get out for food / drinks / maybe a night out at the weekend. We would prefer someone who works Mon-Fri 9-5 without shifts/ lots of weekends so we can all be on similar schedules.

The flat has been our home for over 6 years and we love it here so we are looking for the right fit for a third flatmate.

No men or students pls and aged 26-31 . We have our own thing going on so looking for someone similar, but our previous flatmates have ended up becoming some of our best pals (we all went on holiday to a festival last year !) so looking for someone to join in the fun with our mates too (this isn’t a party flat but we do have the odd gathering).

We have a microwave, coffee machine, good blender, air fryer (toaster and kettle), cordless hoover, glasses/ crockery and all the TV subscriptions for you to use. We each have our own cupboard but share all other kitchen space and key things like appliances/oil/ milk/ condiments etc so things don’t get cluttered :)

Bills are about £140 a month on top

Move in date is mid May.
