I am a performer, teacher and business owner and have a little cat, who I may need help with occasionally. I love running, yoga, coking and baking and I’m looking for a flatmate who doesn’t spend all their time in their room and can become a friend but who also respects boundaries. Must be clean, tidy and respectful. No smokers or party animals please!! Vegetarian preferred but not essential!

Rent is £537.50 per month, bills not included. Holding deposit of £100 (which will be taken off first months rent), one months rent deposit. Move in date, 7th September 21. Contract is for twelve months, with the option to leave earlier as long as you find someone else to fill the room.
