A double bedroom has become available in my beautiful flat to sublet.

The room...

The double bedroom is large, light and bright, and has access to a balcony with sunset views over Ancoats and beyond. The bedroom and private bathroom are both in perfect condition. The room is furnished with high quality furnishings.

The apartment...

The apartment itself is beautiful, bright and spacious. There’s a terrace accessible from the living room. I love design, and have tried to make a really beautiful space throughout the flat.

The apartment is a penthouse, with stunning views across Manchester and the pennines. It is also right on the canal so very peaceful.

Me...

I'm a young(ish) professional, with a busy job. I love food, travel, languages, photography, fashion/design, sport and adventuring. I have a penchant for a good cocktail (lots of spots close by) and am somewhat obsessed with pastry and bread (I’m a regular in Pollen and Companio, which are outrageously close to this flat).

What I'm looking for...

I am looking to sublet to someone who wants to live in, and as such maintain, a clean, tidy and beautiful space. I’d like to build a warm and friendly environment: one where we respect each others space and privacy, but also one where we can share time, experiences, conversation and perhaps even a meal/drink or ten!
