My housemate is, unfortunately, moving out at the end of this month and I'm looking for someone to come live in this super spacious 1st floor flat in Broadside, Ancoats.
It faces the courtyard and has been here a year I can honestly say it's never been too hot or cold, has beautiful big floor-to-ceiling windows and brand new amenities, (rooftop garden, gym, club room, co working space) epc rating A making it super energy efficient.
A bit about me: I've spent most of my life living in the middle east and love experimenting with food and going out to eat, I love going to the cinema on a weeknight or a long walk after work with my housemate down the canal or for a cup of coffee.
I'm quite houseproud so I like having a clean, and tidy livingspace so I'm looking for a housemate who would feel the same way too and who enjoys cooking/is outgoing so we can try out new restaurants together.
If you're a couple and looking to move in, I would be open to it but I would be expecting to split the rent 3 ways.
