Space Double Room With Own Bathroom - Ancoats

I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful new flat with me!

About the Flat/Room:
It is a spacious 2 bed flat on the fifth floor of a brand new building in Ancoats. It has a shared kitchen/dining/living space with floor to ceiling windows at one end leading out onto a balcony. The kitchen is a really good size and has all the mod-cons, even a dishwasher! There is a seperate washing machine next to the boiler in the storage cupboard. The room is a really good size, with floor to ceiling windows at one end, so has loads of natural light. The room currently has a king size bed and a double wardrobe in it, but as I've only just moved in too, it's a bit sparse and needs a bit of personality! The room has access to its' own bathroom with a bath/shower etc. and a huge mirror! The bathroom can also be accessed via a Jack and Jill type door from the main living area.

About me:
I'm a 33 year old Southerner moved up North as of September 2021. I work for a small theatre so my shifts are a bit all over the place, often working evenings and weekends with random days off mid-week. I'm really into my theatre (obviously!), art galleries, concerts, running, reading & cooking. Not opposed to a grimy rave and dancing till the sun comes up but also not really looking to have a party flat. I'm making plans to start working abroad next year (I'm also a professional scuba diver!) so looking for someone one is going to be in the flat for a relatively long time and is comfortable living by themselves while I am away. The flat would really well as a 1 bed for a couple when I'm away but may be slightly crowded if there are 3 of us there. Not in any immediate rush to get the room rented, it's more important that I get someone who is the right fit!
