Ancoats flatmate wanted

Hello!

I'm Christine and I live in Ancoats, currently looking for a flatmate, as my current one is moving out next month.

About me:
I work full time from home, I'm social and like spending time both at home and outside, I'm easygoing and wouldn't mind becoming friends with my new flatmate. I love cats, video games, music and cooking.

About the property:
It's a double room with a bed, 2 wardrobes, nightstand, desk and a chest of drawers. The master bathroom has a bathtub and both of them are on the first floor of the apartment.

The living room with kitchen area, as well as my room are on the 2nd floor of the apartment. There is a balcony which is shared between the rest of the apartments on the floor and the next door neighbours are absolutely lovely too.

Bills are not included in the price of the advert, however monthly it comes to about £650

What I'm looking for:
Someone who would be in permanent employment, working from home is totally fine with me. I'd prefer someone easygoing and considerate.
