En-suite room in Ancoats

Hi,

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in at the start of September as my current flatmate is moving out next month!

About the apartment:
The flat is large, spacious and in a great location in Ancoats, right by Ancoats Square! We're positioned on the third floor and the flat comes with a large balcony. There's a shared living area which has a joint lounge and kitchen that gets lots of sunlight.

Bedroom:
The room is a double room with your own en-suite. There's a large wardrobe and draws under the bed, so plenty of storage space.

About me:
I'm 23 and a working professional in the city centre.
I'm friendly, clean and tidy and respect other peoples' privacy and alone time.
I enjoy going to the gym often and going out for food and drinks now and then, although don't have late weekends that much anymore. Someone who's also into fitness would be great.
I work from home 3-4 days a week so someone who works in office during the week would be preferred.

Bills come to around £150 each month so the total cost is ~£725.
