Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmates of 3 years' room.

The Flat:
The flat is a 2 bedroom flat, both rooms having en-suites. It's a spacious flat with a huge balcony overlooking the marina and a kitchen island. The room has a built in wardrobe area and garden views.
Rent is £650 a month
Gas & Electricity are around £70 a month
Internet is £32.50 a month
Water is £12.50 a month
Council Tax is Band C
In total everything comes to approximately £900 per month.

The Area:
The flat is located in the centre of Ancoats, 5 minutes away from Aldi/Pure Gym and the New Islington tram stop, and 15 minutes away from Piccadilly Gardens.

The Building:
The building has a 24 hour concierge service, a free residents gym, 2 garden areas, and a bookable function room.
The building also houses the local bar Cask and the gorge Pollen Bakery.

The Flatmate:
I am a 29 year old professional who enjoys all the standard things, movie nights, a few drinks, a dance. I am fairly self-sufficient and am out of the flat quite regularly. I work in the office 2 days a week and usually have plans a few nights of the week. I'm a pretty social person and love a chat.
Ideally I'm looking for someone similar - I'm not wild but I couldn't live with someone who lives in total silence.

Please note that the room is unfurnished so you will need to buy a bed etc.
