Flatmate wanted in Ancoats Manchester

Hey! I’m looking for a flat mate to move into this amazing apartment right in the centre of Manchester in Northern quarter/Ancoats area. I have already been living here 6 months and my flatmate is sadly moving out because she has a new job so you’d be moving in with everything set up and furnished already.

Rent comes to £600 PCM each and bills at the moment including council tax are about £150. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (you’d have one fully to yourself non en-suite )and a great spacious living/dining area with open plan kitchen. Really secure and such a great location only 5 minutes walk from Arndale, 10 minutes to get to Piccadilly and all the best food and drink spots in Manchester on your door step!

Just to tell you a little bit about myself, I’m 24 and working in comms for the civil service so often work from home. I’ve been living in Manchester for just under a year and am always up for trying new food places or going out for drinks but could equally be happy with a night in and a takeaway. It would be great to meet more people and have a flatmate that’s up for hanging out but also super happy to respect someone’s space if you prefer your alone time. I enjoy keeping active and go to a gym nearby so if that’s your thing it might be nice to have someone to go with. I also have a car so happy to drive us for food shops or places outside of the city like the peaks for hikes! I love all animals and pets are welcome in the building so please bring along your fur babies!!

Basically just looking for like-minded people who will keep the place fairly tidy and be respectful (and will water my plants if I’m away haha).

The flat is available from the 1st of March 2023 for 6 months, with the possibility to extend for another 6.
