• I am a multi disciplined artist, musician, songwriter and coach. I am busy taking care of a whole bunch of stuff

• Lounge/Studio I use generally for music work
• Generally quiet flat in eves by 9/10pm for peaceful vibes
• Kitchen -Your own cupboard in kitchen, one shelf in fridge and freezer.
• Seconds from cafes, bars, clubs, galleries, shops, walks etc
• Suits someone who doesn’t WFH
• Suits someone who is naturally patient, empathetic, organised and fun !

BILLS monthly Estimate: Council Tax , Electric, Water, Broadband.
*You'd be paying around £200 + and a bit more in winter
