2 🏏 **Flat Features:**
- Open-plan kitchen, gym access, and panoramic views. The flat’s stylishly furnished, but your room is a blank canvas for your personal touch. You would need to daily be ontop of keeping in the flat immaculate 🌟
3 ✅ **Availability:**
-Available from July 31st.
Nat requests rent be paid directly to her until your agency sign-up. The room has been empty and cleaned weekly since August 1st, causing financial strain. Move-in anytime. ⭐️🌱
4. ✅ **Heads-Up! Take Over the Lease/Find a Fab New Roomie**
-This spot is perfect for someone who will take over the flat /find a fantastic new housemate if I ever need to leave, though it may not come to that. I’d give you notice, of course! 🌟
5 ✅ **Costs:**
- **Rent:** £640/month
- **Deposit:** One month’s rent
- Council Tax
- **Utility Bills + broadband WiFi :** ~ £200-300+ each variable rates depending on your energy saving habits and time of year! You’ll cover all utility bills if Nat is away except for the days shes at the flat. Working away will be in the new year potentially-in this case Utility bills could be above 300 which you would cover based on your sole usage habits.
- **Car Park:** £120 (wait list) and on street parking if you’re lucky.
6 💕 **Ideal Flatmate:**
- Organized, friendly, with a 9-5 routine to balance us out. Clean, respectful, and peaceful vibes only. You'll have the place to yourself a lot—ideal for someone kind, thoughtful, patient and independent. I’ll be working in the lounge a bit and keep it to respectful hours. If you’re cool with giving me space and up for beers, pool, dancing, or teaching me new things, I’m game to join in!
