The flat is in the heart of Ancoats and is extremely good value for money at less than £700 a month bills included.
There is a shared kitchen, lounge, and a good sized bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws and space for more storage if needed. The Flat is within 2 minutes of Co-op, 10 minutes of Aldi and 15 mins from the NQ.
My current flatmate wfh 4 days a week, is clean and tidy, likes reading, watching tv, cooking and has a passion for languages.
We are preferably looking a female professional as the current female flatmate would feel more comfortable sharing the space with another women. Someone who is tidy, respectful but it also sociable.
