Due to my lovely flatmate moving in with his partner I am looking for someone to take over their space! A double room with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe available in a modern 2-bedroom flat located in Lampwick Quay, on the New Islington Marina in Ancoats. The flat is situated in the heart of Manchester City Centre, convenient access to amenities (sains, aldi, coffee shops, cocktail bars etc) and transport links.

The bedroom will be completely unfurnished but the shared spaces have been furnished, bar a few items that my current flatmate will be taking with him. This is a MCR life building which has a gym and 24 hour concierge. You can also get your name put down to be on the waiting list for parking too.

💰 Rent:
£685.55 per month + plus bills (normally around £150)

I am looking for a down to earth, independent and overall ✨nice✨ person who values a clean and tidy living space. Whilst i am looking for my new flat mate to be a pal and not a stranger. I am also looking for a flatmate that has their own life and appreciates the need to “recharge” in the flat! Due to me being office based, if someone was working from home 5 days a week it would be great to have a discussion how to split the bills as the use of utilities would be used more (cossie livs & that!)

👧🏻 About me:
I am 28 years and work in business development - I am office based predominantly over in ancoats square. I am originally from the south, so I often spend periods of time down in Plymouth to spend time with my family. I love going to gigs, charity shopping and watching reality tv. I am very sociable and see my friends often, sometimes they come to the flat - majority of my friends are queer so the flat is LGBTQ+ friendly. I am also sober - but by no means boring - so if you party often then we would not be the right fit. Always up for 0% Guinness though!

👀Viewings:
I am hoping to do viewings through the month of March - most likely in the evenings and Saturdays.

💻 MCR life require deposit and first months rent up front (which would total £1369.68), and references from previous landlords. If you are freelance they may also need more info.
