My current flatmate will be moving and I will have a spare bedroom in the apartment. It’s completely unfurnished (though most living room stuff was good quality second hand stuff and not overly fussed about keeping if you have your own!) The bedrooms are both double, very spacious with an en suite.

Council tax band C. Bills halved would come to roughly £170 dependent on energy usage as I go off my metre readings! There’s secure parking which comes at an extra cost - you can enquire when switching tenancy’s for this I think it’s roughly £100pcm😊. Great location with transport links all over and 15 min walk into town if you’re not familiar with the area.

I have a pet cat! So 100% would love someone who loves them. She’s my babyyy. And unfortunately the policy is 1 pet per household in Manchester life properties.

I pretty much keep myself to myself although very sociable - introverted and extroverted😂 and take a huge amount of pride in where I live and see my home as a massive safe/comfort space so would love someone who’s the same.

I work most days but when I’m not I’m either gymming/running, with my boyfriend, socialising/at my gals or literally chilling with my cat lol.

I absolutely love living here and sure you would to! There’s a communal room downstairs where they sometimes host events, a gym next door which your key can gain you access to, lovely concierge etc etc!

A deposit would be required from yourself and a reference check.
