Hi! I am moving out due to new job offer and l'm looking for a new one to move in by mid April. You will be taking over my contract till end of July 2024. You can discuss again with landlord and current flatmate for potential extension of contract.

This is a lovely en-suite room to rent in 2-bed apartment at Ancoats Gardens; a short walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes) from Piccadilly Station, Piccadilly gardens and NQ. 5 minutes walk from Shudehill tram stop. The flat is modern and new, we are the first to move in and it’s just been less than a year. The living and kitchen area are furnished, has a dishwasher, fridge, airfyer, oven, microwave and washing machine with dryer. The building has a free wifi, free 24 hrs gym, onsite concierge and maintenance team. Large and cosy workspace at ground floor, with free coffee during work-hours! The reception clerks are very helpful to assist with your needs.

The room is en-suite (attached bathroom).

Rent is £700 per month, and bills, council tax are additional working out about an extra £200++ a month.
A deposit of £1615.38 is required and the process is pretty simple.
You will be dealing directly with the landlord for the contract and rent payment.
