Hey! Due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to move out of my apartment early so looking for a replacement to live with my lovely house from May. The tenancy for this flat is up at the start of September, and it can be renewed from then.

The flat is centrally located in Ancoats, being a 12 minute talk to Manchester Picadilly, 8 minutes to Manchester Victoria and only 5 minutes to get into city centre. The flat comes pre-furnished but there is plenty of space to bring your own furniture too. The photos obviously contain my stuff which will be gone when you move in so you can make it your own. The flat is super spacious, with a large living room, rooms on separate ends of the flat and with an attached balcony. It’s a really great building to live in as the staff are super friendly, there is security and concierge 24/7 and there are often free events on for the residents.

My current housemate is a professional as a fashion photographer and tends to work in the office most days. My housemate is super chill, kind and loves to go out for drinks with friends but also chill at home and enjoy the flat. Looking for someone who is social, easy to get on with but who also enjoys their own time. Would prefer someone who is LGBTQ+ or an ally.

Around £78 per person per month for Council Tax (Band C)
Around £120 per person for utilities

£50 would also be needed to change the contract over.
